Drink was an almond matcha latte. There were 2 cars in front of me when I pulled into the drive thru. The wait was 18 min for the one drink. A little excessive. This is my first time to Dunkin’s and I was disappointed a little by the taste and how long it took.
This location is always so fast and clean. Everyone is so nice and helpful and patient but they get the line going. Love this location!!
I visit this location often. Sometimes the employee at the drive through speaker is a little nonchalant. However, the customer service at the window is always exceptional! Today I got the Cookie Butter Latte (wasn’t sweet enough for me) & the Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese. I think they forgot to grill the grilled cheese. Lol. Overall, I’d recommend this location since it’s decent.
