Been here 4 or 5 times. Normally a fan of Dunkin for a hot coffee w/ cream. Simple and better than other coffee house’s drip coffee for less. Every time I’ve visited here, it’s only been kids who look like they’re barely old enough to legally be able to work. They’re loud, yelling, laughing, horse play, screaming, inattentive, and really in their own world 90% of the time. I used to go to this dunkin so much in the past but the quality has gotten so much worse i think with a turn around of staff. My food looks like they burnt the bacon and they are in bits. The croissant was squashed and under cooked.
Multiple disappointments. This place has horrible customer service, first time I was waiting at the machine to take my order, said hello multiple times, an no answer. Then drop up to the window. They started at me, didn't want to open the windows and finally someone walked up. Looked at me like was crazy. Worst Dunkin I ever been. The customer service does not exist, always rude. Today stopped to order and after I ordered at the window they REJECT my cash. They claim no cash. What institution refuses cash??! It's a legal tender, illegal. Bills were clean and crisp. No reason to no accept. Last time I ever stop here.
Its awesome🥰, the iced coffee is my goto everytime .i tried last week and m ordering this week tooo..
