I have tried going here twice… both times I have been treated extremely disrespectfully and they are always extremely dismissive. I have never in my life been so rudely treated as I have been here. If you like good customer service I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
Charged me 10 bucks just to get sized which took 0 effort and 3 seconds. Rip off, but the guy was nice.
Very friendly and helpful. I went to get a watch band resized, but they couldn't get the pins out. They didn't charge me just for trying, and I appreciate that.
If I could give this business a 0/5 stars I would. They charged me for a necklace repair and it took 3 weeks to be done. Once I finally got my necklace back, it broke again in less than a week. They gave me attitude about fixing it again free of charge since they are the ones who messed up. I dropped it off again and it took 3 weeks for me to hear from them.
