Took my diamond ring to get resized and get one small replaced , and I was rip off they lost my diamond that was fine before I took there and replaced with lower quality and a different diamond in replace so instead of doing the right thing they excuse was we're soon closing I had no choice but to expect as is ! Not good doing business that way! So disappointed!
I have had a good experience every time I have been in the store.
I have tried going here twice… both times I have been treated extremely disrespectfully and they are always extremely dismissive. I have never in my life been so rudely treated as I have been here. If you like good customer service I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
Charged me 10 bucks just to get sized which took 0 effort and 3 seconds. Rip off, but the guy was nice.
