Have left many messages for this company including the President Peter and no response....I understand things happen but if you can't get service it is no good. I do not know if this company is still in business but recommend you stay far away.
The pool was fantastic. I’m modifying because the lining from the pool has pulled away from the steel causing a couple massive bubbles. The company has ceased to exist and I’ve tried everything to get information for repair to no avail. We still love the pool but extremely disappointed. Old post: The only reason it’s not 5 stars is there are several gaps in communication and follow up for installation after purchase. You 100% should hire a pool contractor to wire and install, not just a plumber and electrician.
Dunk pools was nothing less than professional in our dealings. From the design to start up, maintenance and lots of advise along the way. As a new pool owner it was comforting to know Simon was very responsive in his communications. I recommend Dunk pools to anyone considering a quality pool.
Dunk pools did an amazing job helping me purchase the right pool and walk me through all the logistics. Simon who looked after me provided equal if not more service once I had paid for the pool (that’s a very rare thing) vs when in sales mode. He made sure shipping from Canada was stress free and he always picked up the phone when I had questions. I thoroughly recommend the purchase of a Dunk pool.
We asked the crew at Dunk to help us build a custom cold plunge pool and they nailed it! From design, to specs, to figuring out the health requirements, to a smooth install and even, follow up assistance. We can't recommend them enough for their professionalism, patience and the pool itself. Very happy.
