They didn't install the bed properly and left in a hurry they left out screws and lock washers to the frame. I would not recommend paying for the white glove delivery they are not professional. My luck it was on a weekend so now I have to wait 3 days just to have someone look at it.
I am editing my review the owner Joe called me right up and made it right and for that I'd like to say after all the issues we had the professionalism and customer appreciation has made me change my review to a 5 star he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
