The pickup at the distribution center was hassle free. Very easy to get to. The guys were great when loading the recliner into our Honda CRV. Very careful of both the recliner and the vehicle. For a Saturday we had great service. I never had to lift a finger when loading, except for signing the release of items. Highly recommended picking up here if and only if you have the means of bringing the items home. Do not blame the people that help you load your vehicle if you show up with a small vehicle to load something large.
Picked up new items for family and the warehouse was easy to locate and the guy who helped me, name David, was very professional, fast, quick and stronger then you think! Great guy to have on the D&B team! Give that guy a bonus he works harder then most people these days! Thank you Dave for your help and just being a good human!
Had to pick something up and the warehouse personal were amazing! Very friendly and extremely helpful!
They didn't install the bed properly and left in a hurry they left out screws and lock washers to the frame. I would not recommend paying for the white glove delivery they are not professional. My luck it was on a weekend so now I have to wait 3 days just to have someone look at it.
