Incredibly knowledgeable about vacuum pumps and TVAC, very helpful, good variety of pumps available. Our pumping system broke and they helped me spec out a new system with parts from their stock so we could get back to testing as soon as possible.

Turns out the Customer Service Dept of 5 head counts including their manager, never have weekly sit down meetings to discuss open/close agendas, updates, goals, out of stock problems and issues. The manager doesn't communicated the meeting keynotes via email and/or IM either. If you are sitting in your cubical working on different tasks, talking on the phone and taking order and happen to hear the manager voice, talking to someone you need to stop and listen because that is the meeting in session.
