Rented a suit for our son’s wedding for 9/28. Went to retrieve the suit in 9/26 as arranged and the vest was too small. There was zero communication. We ended up having to go with a different color than everyone else and we had to drive back the next day to pick it up. Their only offer was to cancel the order and we could go elsewhere to get a suit. Zero compensation for everything and blamed the factory not communicating. I will never use them again.

When I went for the first fitting I told the staff my shirt and jacket sizes. The coat was too tight at the fitting and there wasn't shoes or a shirt to try on. When I went to the final fitting the sleeves on the shirt went down to my elbows and the jacket was even smaller than the one I tried on. They did find another shirt which was different from everyone elses(mine had buttons theirs had cufflinks). And there was no jacket. They did end up bringing me a coat the next day but I didn't and several others didn't have pocket... read more
