Extremely upset and disappointed with dunhill. My fiance was ordered a shirt, vest, and jacket that were obscenely large. We were offered $50 compensation. They failed to even order our officiant’s clothing. Also $50 compensation. My fiances clothes were re ordered and he specifically said to order him a 44R. We received a 44L and 46R. He now has to wear a very expensive coat that is too big for him because we’re a week out from our wedding and literally don’t have an option. The ladies at Dunhill happily accommodated my late request for a tux. They were professional, knowledgeable, and offered suggestions on what they would look good for the event I was attending. It was friendly and amazing service all around. I'll definitely be back at some point and highly recommend you give them a try. Thanks for making things smooth and classy!
Fantastic Customer Service! I met Abbey and Lisa (LJ) while renting a tux for my daughter's wedding. I had travel plans immediately between fitting and pick-up thayt provided some logistical challenges.. They were great, unbelievably helpful, flexible on timing, and more than willing to make alterations to make the fit perfect.
