The ladies at Dunhill happily accommodated my late request for a tux. They were professional, knowledgeable, and offered suggestions on what they would look good for the event I was attending. It was friendly and amazing service all around. I'll definitely be back at some point and highly recommend you give them a try. Thanks for making things smooth and classy!
Fantastic Customer Service! I met Abbey and Lisa (LJ) while renting a tux for my daughter's wedding. I had travel plans immediately between fitting and pick-up thayt provided some logistical challenges.. They were great, unbelievably helpful, flexible on timing, and more than willing to make alterations to make the fit perfect. Rented a suit for our son’s wedding for 9/28. Went to retrieve the suit in 9/26 as arranged and the vest was too small. There was zero communication. We ended up having to go with a different color than everyone else and we had to drive back the next day to pick it up. Their only offer was to cancel the order and we could go elsewhere to get a suit. Zero compensation for everything and blamed the factory not communicating. I will never use them again.
What a great experience and A+ customer service. Price reasonable, product excellent and options awesome.
