FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! Says they’re open 1 to 7 but I was told you have to arrive by 4:30 so technically they’re only open from 1 to 430 that defeats the purpose. I get off work at 4 and would arrive by 5 and would be able to swim until 7 but they’re saying you have to be there by 4:30 so it’s contradictory to the 7 PM. Not happy. Not sure the reasoning behind it. If you say you’re open until seven. You shouldn’t deny customers leading up to 7!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!

I came Yesterday with my friend her 2 kids and With my 4 kids all under the age of 8. The staff especially The life guards Harassed us including my children the whole time we were there. So many Made up rules that are not listed around the pool making Nasty faces at us following us Outside the pool. If I could give no stars I would .. all organizations should be required to have training on special needs (autistic children) my 8 yr can swim with or without goggles but his googles with the nose attached are his safety net he wears them all the time he collects them etc .. we’ve swam at every other pool in the area from cheviot to westchester no one’s had the ridiculous amount of rules children can’t wear goggles with nose but explaining that to a child who already has receptive language disorder is impossible the trantru... read more
