These guys are great! My father-in-law’s wood splitter was not starting. After exhausting my very limited mechanical knowledge, we called Dunham and he walked me through what he believed the problem would be based on his last service call - 2 years ago! We were up and running within the hour. He could have charged us an arm and a leg to come out to our camp and service the engine but instead chose to be a decent human being. Rare these days!

I have a 17 year old Honda mower that suddenly wouldn’t start. I brought it to Dennis and he immediately performed a thorough troubleshooting and found a somewhat weird problem - the spark plug had an open connection internally. His fee was incredibly reasonable and I returned home and finished the lawn. Couldn’t be happier.

I bought a log splitter at Home Depot which suffered a major breakdown and Dennis handles the warranty repairs for them. He picked up the splitter at my house and upon further inspection found that the repairs would cost more than I paid for the unit. He filed the paperwork and I was promptly refunded the original purchase amount. No complaints.
