1/2023 my PAID attorney ******* was very difficult to communicate with from the start. I called and emailed him several times before my court date in order to get details about my case. He was late to court the 3 times I had to appear in person. He defended me on a DWI and filed a motion for early release on probation. He did not even know that there is no early release on an adjudicated DWI probation. I found out from the court clerk on my own since he was 2hrs and 10 minutes late. I was given the wrong court dates, not informed of a court date, poor communications, and court hearing was rescheduled because they couldnt be available. I expressed my problems to multiple people including their office in ****** and no one had anything to say. Very upset that I paid for a service and wasnt even given the bear minimum. You would be better off with a court appointed lawyer!! Dont waste your time or money. They caused me more stress and anxiety then doing their job!

My son needed good representation he had 2 aggravated assaults on a family member and wasn't happy with his court appointed attorney (live Oak county tx)!! so I looked around and found durham and jones and they had a payment plan too !! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I spoke with Frank C****** and wasted 45 minutes of my time going in a circle. I initially called to inquiring services at 4:37pm and he told me I need to schedule an appointment for a free consultation. He comes back to say I will call you at 5p but continues to ask me if I had any question. We hung up at 4:51p. He called me back at 5:05p. When we could have spoke then in the one phone call. My son was arrested for DWI back in 2018. At the advice of the attorney at Dunham and Jones, he plead guilty and did deferred adjudication. He completed his Deferred Adjudication in 2020. He is getting his life right and was filling out applications for employment to only to find out that it still shows up on his Criminal Record. It was not explained to us that it would still show up after he completed it. This law firm is extremely hard to get a hold of to be able to talk to a Lawyer.
