I've used to insure my home with Dunham ever since I purchased it a few years ago but the agency has really gone down the tubes in the last few years. Ever since my agent (Ahmed) left their agency, I've been ping ponged from agent to agent, each one worse than the last.. They never respond to emails or phone messages. Ahmed Hassan at Dunham is the most awesome guy and representative. Ahmed is amazing at his job, and responds right away with any questions you have. My husband and I moved back to Wilton Manors in January 2020, and we were paying a very high monthly rate for auto insurance. Ahmed reached out to me on Facebook and said he would take a look at our current policy and see what he could do for us.
