I would definitely pick someplace else to rent a U-Hual. I prefer professional and kind from any place of business. This is not the case here. Just a heads up if that’s your preference too.
My dear friend experienced the worst customer service and personal hatred in his life. As a paying customer, everyone should be treated with respect and dignity and the owner did not feel this was important. Please spread the word not to do business of any type with this organization.
I rented a U-Haul trailer this weekend and Shannon was great on explaining everything and experience was great I give him five stars thank you
Shannen helped me get my Uhaul quick and easy with good conversation. Truck was nice, clean, and ready to go. Much appreciated, and will definitely be back if I need anything else.
Very helpful and willing to work with me to get things done he was happy to help us out when the ace U-haul gave our rental out from under us!
