Rudest staff - my daughter presented with a broken arm and the nurse basically told us they would just give her pain relief and not even review her. waste of time and tax payer money being open with no staff. Nurse complained to even enter her details into the system. Should be ashamed of herself treating an 8 year old like this.
To the young nurse at Dungog hospital with the 2 year old that helped my elderly wife with a set of crutches and various other paraphernalia, on Tuesday the 4th June … I’m not sure you realise just how much you helped us that day. So grateful to have such a pleasantly supportive person attending us. Thank you!

If you wish for your terminal mother to be treated with care and compassion. DO NOT allow her to be taken anywhere near this particular 'hospital' I'd say. The type of service without a doctor to be seen when most needed, in one's dieing days, that you wouldn't wish upon your own worst enemy.
