Had a poorly executed tattoo done by Rob, who was very rude and cocky back in February and was disappointed. Vowed to never come back. Made the decision to go in today for a nose piercing and was pleasantly surprised to talk to Thom, who was sweet as pie and offered to fix my tattoo for free. He also did a fantastic job with my nose piercing, was clean, friendly, and patient, will definitely be returning.
Tom is absolutely AMAZING. He’s precise, and very personable. It was a very comfortable environment, and he’s a phenomenal artist, and just a great guy in general. Definitely recommend. Would give 10 stars if possible.
My daughter was there to get her industrial pierced. 1st time we have ever been there. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, cleanliness of shop, and the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place based on our experience today. Thank you very much for making my daughter very happy and comfortable!
