Staff at your case management are incompenet and very in experince in the way they handle clients problems
Staff allows girlfriends over. Also staff allows other clients to use other clients cash app cards. The staff then laughs like it's a big joke. They even drive said client to the smoke shop on a stolen card. This happened at the Shakopee house. Police Report has been made.
I have been so impressed with Dungarvin, specifically the Kimball facility. Karla, the house manager is wonderful. They are able to provide cares which the last group home neglected to provide. The individual's room is clean and spacious. His laundry is done. He is fed well. The staff have been very good and respectful. Abdi has done a very good job with my boy. They take him to the gym and try to accommodate his requests. I was very worried due to reviews I read prior to move in, but my worries were unfounded.
Worst company I have ever worked for and I’m so happy I quit when I did.
