We just returned from Dunes Village, 1202 Palmetto tower, and booked directly through the owner, Daniel. The resort amenities were wonderful for all ages, and the resort is in a convenient location, away from all the tourist congestion. The beach was gorgeous. The condo itself needs a lot of work. I booked it directly through the owner, instead of the resort, and wish I had done it the other way around. Then, we could have been moved to a new condo.
