We have had a trailer at Oakridge Family Campground for 6 years and we absolutely love it! The owners are amazing, always improving things and taking care of everything in the park. So we decided to upgrade to a park model. The whole experience has been top notch in every way! The owners and all the staff at Dunes Trailer Sales have been great! Very highly recommend, we have no complaints at all. 10 stars out of 5! Great people to deal with.
Last Fall (2024) we purchased a new trailer from Dunes, they gave us a fair price for our trade in & a great price for the new trailer. They showed us everything on the trailer & answered all of our questions. Since then we have had a couple of minor warranty issues but they corrected these in a timely manner. Charged me $145 for a Dometic thermostat. No returns after install. Found it on Amazon for $39.46.
I sold my trailer on consignment here. They were very professional and attentive with excellent customer service. The parameters of enlisting a unit with them was thorough and all documentation was straight forward and clear. If you are looking to buy or sell a trailer, this is the place to go, as you can trust what you are getting when working with this excellent business.
I was working 3 hours away and missing a crucial piece of equipment. Upon entering, Jackie was extremely cheerful and eager to help out. She called someone from the back to assist and they went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I came in for. Saved me a long trip back to get what I needed and I was able to complete my job, to my customers satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend.
