one of the nurses was very aggressive while taking my blood which led to me passing out. By this I mean I told her I pass out when I can feel the needle digging around in my veins, which she then proceeded to do). I told her I was feeling very faint and was told to take myself to the waiting room and wait there because she had another appointment. Great service. The doctor examined my son accurately and comprehensively. I think her name was Dr. Tamader. Reception staff provided us with all the info we needed. I appreciate their good service.

If you are need of an appointment do not make a telephone one. Arranged an appointment for a phone call for a certain time to then wait an hour and no call. Called the doctors to be told just because this is when you booked it they won’t call that time it will just be any time from the time you booked for. Absolutely the most stupid thing I’ve heard. You make an appointment time because that’s the only time you can do. If I was late for my appointment I would get an ear full from them. Service is shocking. If I could have ze... read more
