From the time we walked into reception my experience was brilliant and my interaction with Dr Dan Smit was very positive - his engaging manner was exceptional The experience with the Xray technical person was also of a high standard Well done Dunedin After Hours clinic
The process works pretty well, although I think the receptionist should get people to write down their phone number too. The triage nurse is an excellent idea, keeps things moving. We were in and out in less than an hour, which included getting medication next door. And the treatment was super effective, so I'm delighted.
Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful! We were seen fast, which was nice because we took our little one!
A great experience at the urgent Doctors. I arrived and gave all my details to the lovely receptionist. After 5 minutes I spoke to the triage nurse regarding my problem. I was directed to sit down again in the waiting room and after 15 minutes I was called to room 1. The doctor was so thorough with my assessment and diagnosis. I was so impressed with her even down to finding the chemist that was open the earliest to send my script to 10/10
