Rude behaviour from Triage nurse
Was seen quickly, staff were efficient and Dr A Chae was super helpful and nice. Even got a phone call a few hours later to check on effectiveness of medication. I felt really heard and cared for by Dr Anna
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering how packed the place was and how difficult that job must be. I really appreciate the help I received.
