Came in for 7 hours just to get told my wrist is fine and they don’t do concussion tests, they don’t give me anything for the pain I was experiencing and tell me to deal with it. Turns out I do have a concussion and I get a phone call from this hospital 2 weeks later saying that I have actually fractured my wrist. They left me to heal my broken wrist on its own and it took them that long to realise at which point my hand was already beyond repair. Now have a lifetime of pain because of this hospitals negligence.

So grateful to the amazing staff at Dunedin Hospital, especially Mr. David, Ms. Ana, Ms. Cath, and Mr Adam, for the excellent care and support. Thank you for helping my son recover smoothly and safely. Thank you, Lord, for guiding us yesterday 🙏✨

This hospital is terrible. I get sent here a few times a year due to an ongoing autoimmune disorder and every time I am admitted they forget to feed me. Or they will leave my food somewhere that isn't in my room and make excuses as to why they couldn't give me my food. They also dont respect patients' decisions and will really press you to do things you dont want to do, especially when you know that the thing they want you to do isn't going to help.
