I should know better by this point but went in for an appointment again today just to sit around for 30 minutes and then watch the doctor take patients whose appointment was meant to be 15 minutes after mine before me….absolutely incompetent practice.
Unfortunately, they like to overcharge you for everything, including forcing me to pay up about 100 dollars just for a prescription, and they like to "claim" that they've fixed fee issues, but they do not. Also don't trust that they will get prescriptions done in "48 hours": it took them a better part of a week to renew my anti-depressants.
Horrible gp practice doesn't matter if you are seeing nurse or doctor they don't come across professional and are always atleast 30 minutes late for appointments...highly recommend staying well clear as they don't priortise your health and often hear the nurse laughing away like school girls... reception had ti go retrieve the nurse on ym last visit as she was doing nothing at all....
One of the nurses here is unprofessional, i requested a different nurse because i felt she wasn't listening to me. Julie was rude towards me after i made it known i wasn't heppy with that nurse. I decided to change doctors and that nurse then decided to call me. I hung up on her because i wasn't expecting her call and I'd already made the request to change doctors.
