I have an Avis rental, a Mazda CX5. I had a warning light on the dash that the fob battery needed replacing. Phoned Avis and was told to go buy the battery and replace it myself. The owner's manual said to have the dealer do it to avoid damaging the fob. I called in at Dunedin City Motors (on a Saturday morning); they cheerfully replaced the battery for me for no charge. So 5 stars for great service, thanks guys.
After buying a used CX5 I had some problems with it and they were absolutely great with helping me. No questions asked, they ensured everything was dealt with. I recommend them very highly. A special call out to Geoff and Kara. Thank you very much
