They didn't come, they called another company to service my refrigerator, 69$ service call and all he did was change the temperature and left, with no other diagnostics. Serviceman can't lower or refund the call for me and this company cannot either. I think I should pay some for their time and gas, but 69$ for less than 2 minutes in the home, and he didn't even test or look at anything?? They pass the buck back and forth saying the other is responsible for charges billing. I feel scammed.
