Let me start off with the staff is really nice. That’s where the two stars comes from. Except the Dr seems disconnected from the patient or what’s even going on but due to his own negligence of not passing crucial instructions to the tech or to the receptionist to relay to the pet owner. I brought my dog in for Urinary concerns about a month ago. I was URGED to try and get a urine sample before the visit so I did my best. I cannot say enough good things about Dunedin Animal Medical and the incredible care they provided for my 6-year-old Rottweiler when he was experiencing back leg pain. I was an emotional wreck and extremely worried about what might be wrong, but from the moment we walked in, the entire staff helped put my mind at ease. The front desk team and veterinary technicians were compassionate, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. I seldom write reviews however I took time from my busy schedule to write this review because she is so worthy. I am referring to the sweet, calm, kind, gentle soul Dr. Delgado. Our dogs get treated so good at this office. The staff is also very helpful.
They are always so kind and caring and give options depending on your financial situation
I love it here but I feel like I only get real information and help from the female vet techs and veterinarians here
