Just wanted to say that after reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant but my neighbour had been going there for years. After my dealings with Michael I can honestly say he's a gentleman of his word called me up the two options I had about a part my bike needed. Total came back at $588.00. I gave him $600 cash and he gave me back a $50 dollar note. I've given his number to my friends who will use him going forward. Very trustworthy and genuine. Pablo.V.
If we could give 0 star we would. We ordered the correct part for our buggy as per picture and description on the website but was sent the wrong part. Owner promised to rectify this several times via many phone calls however now we have radio silence from him which seems to be his go-to behaviour going off other reviews. Be cautious buying of this business
Bought a new Trailmaster buggy for the kids , kids love it and use it every weekend no issues
I bought a buggy 300CC, paid over $6K... What I've received : initial test drive revealed bad smell at the rear, and I found that control cables were not fixed away from exhast pipe, and plastic melted, and accelerator got stuck, overall it was poorly assembled, with lots of loose nuts and bolts. Then buggy failed disastrously on the first trip, w-seller hasn't checked critical torques on the main sprocket bolts, which were so loose, that they rolled out from their threaded positions and got lost in the middle of nowhere... ... read more
