Please take Caution when booking with Dune Allen Realty! We had a terrible experience with them and our stay at one of their properties. We found mice droppings in the bathroom and kitchen. We found cockroaches. There was black mold on the vents, the cushions were damp upon arrival, as well as the area rugs. It was dated, but more importantly unsanitary! We are currently staying in their Top Sail rental. I would NOT recommend at all. The master bedroom has a short full mattress that is well used. The pull out couch is broken. I made them aware of this. When pulled out it stays at a slope. When you sit on the dining room chairs, you are sitting directly on the wood frame of the chair. They are cheap chairs. We had two local residents come up to us and complain about visitors to their condo building. They said only four people per condo are allowed to stay. Obviously... read more
