I have been going to this clinic about 12 years now as it's the closest to my home & convenient location adjacent to Fortinos. Thank you to Dr. Thomas Lariviere for doing a thorough, caring and professional medical procedure test today. Dr. Lariviere is a great Medical Doctor. My whole family entrust our good health to him and his medical expertise. Thank you to Nurse Leonita & Nurse Suruthi for always assisting me & good customer service. Great location, just off of the 403 Main St. East exit in the Fortinos plaza. Often not too busy. Friendly staff.

Always come here when I'm not feeling well the doctors are really amazing and make sure you are fully heard. Additionally, Leonita was working at the front and provided exceptional customer service and made sure there were no complications during my time there.
I had a very disappointing experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff were unprofessional and came across as rude, which made an already stressful situation even worse. What concerned me most was the cleanliness of the clinic. The environment did not appear hygienic, and it did not meet the basic standards I would expect from a medical facility.
