Bad management for family pool ever! We always arrive on time and found the pool is full twice. First time they noticed us at the reception so it was fine, second time we done scanned our membership cards and staffs said nothing. We got changed then walked toward the pool, one of a security guard asked us for swim cards if we don't have cards we cannot get inside the pool. To be honest we still came here several times but no one asked for swim cards before. So, my husband went back to the reception to get swim cards but they... read more
