I'm just so sitting listening to you without hurrying, you, she makes suggestions and always follows through. She's an excellent doctor one like not a lot of doctors are these days. I sat in the waiting room for three hours. My appointment is at 1 o’clock. The entire waiting room is the size of a closet while everyone just sat there talking and neglected. The receptionist seemed very confused about what is going on… With everything in the office.. I kept asking her how much longer it was gonna be and she kept telling me that I was next then decided to reschedule. She told me that my appointment was not at 1 o’clock. Dr.Baleva is the best. She’s been my doctor for over a decade. She always come in clutch since my Lupus/ Fibromyalgia diagnosis and helping me navigate my health to become healthier. She’s very knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. I just love her.
Dr. Baleva schedules appointments every 15 minutes. There is no intake nurse or tech or second doctor. Each appointment takes a half hour give or take. Her waiting room is piled up with frustrated, unwell people that do not appear to have the capacity to find better help. The overworked receptionist actually changed an appointment I made unbeknownst to me and called to confirm the new appointment as if nothing had happened.
