Took my F150 for service. Ron was super.... very friendly and accommodating. Not only did my 20k service but managed to do all my outstanding recall items. I found my Ford dealer.
Very unprofessional answer the phone without even identifying the business seemed confused when I asked a question. Finally got the help that I needed but I had to drive over there to actually get it. Seems like they have changed owners a few times from what somebody said who worked there.
I can't say enough about the TEAM at Dundee Ford! They have your back if you I u need service.

I honestly think the service department here is one of the kindest I have ever encountered. Ron went out of his way to contact me about the status of my vehicle, as well as get me a loaner car even though they were low. 10/10 would recommend going to Ron for further vehicle concerns.
