I registered as a new patient at Clinic Dundas 427 and booked a 6 PM appointment with Dr. Kulpa, only to wait over 40 minutes with zero communication or update from the staff. No one came to explain the delay, apologize, or give an estimated wait time. I ultimately decided to withdraw both my and my wife new patient registration and cancel my family doctor request entirely. This 1 stat is for Dr. Wilcox the dermatologist. I highly recommend you get referred to another dermatologist. First experience was when I had my first appointment months ago. I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes and when I went to reception to inquire about the long wait, they were shocked I was still there waiting. When I finally got to see Dr. Wilcox, she lied and said she was calling my name but I didn’t answer. I was sitting tight there, why wouldn’t I answer if she really did? That made no sense. First time i walked into the clinic I was overwhelmed bc it was busy. However the staff does a fantastic job of keeping everything moving and organized. Another great thing is that there's a pharmacy on site so I was able to get everything done so quickly.
