Haven’t had any issues per say only that once you tell them you have insurance for your pet they go nuts with prices and treatments! For once I’d like to go in and not have to fork out over $800 ! Vets are getting a little too ridiculous with costs. Forcing so many to rely on home remedies or watching youtube video tutorials.
My son called for a prescription dog food and when I went in to pick it up about an hour later it was waiting on the counter. Lovely friendly people as well.
Excellent vet clinic. They really care about your pet, no matter what it is. Highly recommend and well worth the trip from Ottawa.
