It's an ideal place but the floors are no longer being cleaned like when Nicole was there. All that dirt and dust eventually makes its way into the air, accumulates on the walls throughout the building, into our lockers and settles all over our belongings. CLEANING STAFF NEEDED!

I can't say enough good things about Dundas Storage. The manager of the facility Nicole has been beyond good to our family. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer receives excellent service and I am beyond grateful. We found the storage facility as a fluke and have been beyond surprised at the cleanliness, care and customer service. Even at the end of the stay I couldn't make it in to take my lock off and they ensured it was off for me and I didn't have to make an extra trip in I would give more stars if I... read more
