I have just recently had the pleasant experience of renting space through Dundas Real Estate Investments (DREI). I needed to secure a place very quickly and reached out to a number of landlords in my area inquiring about available space. If you are thinking of working for this company as a contractor or supplier, DON'T! They rip contractors off and do not pay their bills. Can't even being to imagine their legal bills.
if you can work under no light for a week. they hire part-time electrician to fix your lights/electricity or essential services. when your car break in, broken glass inside the underground building parking, you need to pay to access their "cameras" for record and to fix at your own cost.
