I was just at the clinic for my first mammogram. I didn't get the name of the technician but she was incredible!! She took the time to explain and go over everything, she was kind, patient and answered all of my questions. As an anxious person...I am so glad it was her that did it!! Thank you!!
I was referred to Dundas Imaging by my family doctor, as I am a resident of Greensville. The front desk staff were excellent, friendly, efficient, and welcoming. However, my experience during the actual imaging was extremely disappointing. The technician who was performing my X-ray, with the last name Malick, was shockingly rude and impatient. I have used this clinic before and had to wait for 1/2 hour for the technician to actually come in to work. I have now called twice to book a mammogram. Their answering machine says they'll call back within 24 hours and I have never received a call back from either of my left messages. I will either have to come in to the clinic just to book an appointment or find somewhere else to go.
The receptionist was very nice. I had very little wait time for a walk in visit. The technician was very quick and very nice. I had been putting this off, not liking long wait times but I'm so glad i went in today to get it done.
2 stars cause they did the job they needed to. But the front desk ladies are very rude and don’t know what they’re doing. Claiming my drs office “didn’t pick up” when they picked up immediately for me. Then bitched and complained about it for like 5 minutes after. They told me my ultrasound req wasn’t legible because they couldn’t spell my drs damn name. I’m appalled. They should really keep their nasty chatter to when and where patients aren’t around.
