Scheduled an obstetric ultrasound that had healthcare provider notes on the requisition form indicating alternate provider guidelines for the imaging. When I arrived for the appointment, the ultrasound technician was vocally critical and dismissive of the provider guidelines. Absolutely horrible front desk staff. Especially the representative with dark hair. She is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I was hesitant to review until I saw many others have a similar experience. I will not be coming back to this place.

The medical staff here are fine, but the front desk customer service is unacceptable. The receptionist with the long brown hair was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. Going to a clinic should be a stressful experience made easier by the staff, not worse. The management really needs to address her behavior as she represents the business poorly.
