The medical staff here are fine, but the front desk customer service is unacceptable. The receptionist with the long brown hair was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. Going to a clinic should be a stressful experience made easier by the staff, not worse. The management really needs to address her behavior as she represents the business poorly.
I’ve had many ultrasound examinations, as well as echo cardiograms etc. My recent ultrasound at Dundas Medical Imaging was the most unprofessional medical exam I've ever experienced. The operator complained about my physical condition, saying it made her job more difficult. She continually had me move to make it easier for her and less comfortable for me. Got my notice that I needed a mammogram through the OBSP. Probably tried to call 20 + times over a week period. Left 3 messages on the answering machine which claims they will call back in 24 hours with no return call. Very disappointed. Now I have to make a trip into downtown Hamilton because they don’t answer the phone or return messages.
