I am not sure how this facility received a 2.5 stars. My experience here today reflects a organization that simple does not care about patient care or general kindness. My appt was for 1030am. I was brought into exam room at 1120 and waiting for almost another 10 mins. From what I can only assume, the Dr. came in what again i will assume were here medical students. I had a really bad experience with Dr. Mohatrem. She seemed to be in a hurry, didn’t take the time to listen or properly consult with me, and I felt completely rushed through the appointment. When I tried to ask questions, she just said to come next time if I needed anything else. It felt like they only cared about money, not about helping patients. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone
I had such a positive experience here. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor was on time. Dr Mohatarem was kind, patient and very reassuring. She checked all my moles and took the time to explain the changes in some of them and in my skin overall. She is a wonderful doctor.
Just useless you can’t get an appointment for months then if you do they’ll probably cancel it. You never actually get to see the doctor always some student because your doctor can’t take the time to walk down the hall. Most the time I go to the walk in clinic instead of here because 2 months from now my fever will be over.
