Receptionist never picks up phone! left 2 messages and called 4 times yet whenever I go in for a meeting shes sitting there literally doing nothing just sitting there. How is she still working here?
The reception staff has always been beyond pleasant with me. Dr. Moriarty was so nice and helpful. She's fast, so if you have questions go prepared with what you want to know. The location threw me off. It's on the second floor of the Shoppers Drug Mart, but lacks noticeable signage. Don't bother trying to park there, in my opinion, unless you get lucky. Park St W behind is free parking (couldn't find a spot), King St W is pay (coins). While looking for free parking I found a Green P lot on Sydenham between King and St. Jame... read more
Worst experience. Disrespectful and rude dermatologist. Instead of being understanding and empathetic to your condition they say "You have everything in your mind. You are the problem". No professionalism and no humanity.
Had a dermatology appointment with Dr. Mohatarem. She is very kind and patient. She didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all of my questions.
I have had an appointment waiting 4 months and on the day of the schedule for my appointment I CALLED MANY TIMES PRIOR TO SHOW UP that I may need extra 10 minutes and can’t find the entrance because it is my first time. They never pick up the phone, leaving the auto answer “lunch time” and then charging me with $100 for their incompetence and disorganisation. I will be disputing your mistake and not going even to come again ever
