Just useless you can’t get an appointment for months then if you do they’ll probably cancel it. You never actually get to see the doctor always some student because your doctor can’t take the time to walk down the hall. Most the time I go to the walk in clinic instead of here because 2 months from now my fever will be over.
They normally send out confirmation of appointments but someone on their end didn’t hear I wanted confirmation or maybe even their system glitched. Regardless they make people pay $40 dollars if u arrived late didn’t come. They hang up on people while on the phone. STAY CLEAR. Better to wait for an appointment somewhere else for months.

Dr. Mohatarem is (in my experience) a relatively nice person. However, she is entirely useless as a dermatologist and seems to be clueless about absolutely everything. I would not recommend seeing her unless you enjoy banging your head into walls.
