I have been a patient of Dr. Mann for many years. He is terrific.....pleasant, polite and friendly.
Dr Eino is good but WHY is there consistently a 2 HOUR Wait every appointment? If Customers had to wait for 2 hours at my store we’d be out of business!
Not at all impressed with this clinic. Like other reviewers have expressed, this clinic purposely over books and then they expect you to accept this fact and to sit there for over an hour to be seen. Obviously they don't feel that your time is that important or valuable. Furthermore, the staff at the front desk is quite abrupt and not very helpful. Long waits to see her in the waiting room!! Staff don’t know one to the other hand , they are very rude . Saw her 3 times why. Just talk about my lens again so I ask her why couldn’t get surgery if is so bad she couldn’t answer me! So happy she sent me too someone else. Wouldn’t want her touching g my sight!!! Money money only!!!!! I will tell all not too go with her!!!! Over booking unhappy employees etc!!!!! 8 months with she don’t care!!!!! Awful care and service from the whole office!!!! Dr Mullen not!!!!
