Pool was okay. The instructor only showed us how to do the exercise one time then she just stood there staring at us. Music was loud and you couldn't hear instructor talking. Change rooms are very small and there is only 3 and one with a door that doesn't lock because the lock is broken. The female washroom outside of the change room had stuff carved into the walls of bathroom stall.
It is a quiet place. Staff is friendly
Went to aquafit at 710 pm. The receptionist was extremely friendly. Pool was chilly but the aquafit instructor had us moving quickly and non stop for 45 minutes. Excellent work out
