Went to aquafit at 710 pm. The receptionist was extremely friendly. Pool was chilly but the aquafit instructor had us moving quickly and non stop for 45 minutes. Excellent work out
The pool is nice and my kids take weekly lessons here. Recently, some lifeguards have been overly rigid about where parents are allowed to sit. There are benches around the pool deck, yet parents are told not to use them. The viewing room is too far away to properly watch younger children, for whom a parent’s close presence is important. The strict enforcement feels unnecessary and unwelcoming.
Most lockers in woman's change room are available, however, outdated. Pool is nice but there is a spot in the deep end that appears yellow and gross. Lifeguards are nice and alert. There is a slide in the deep end that has a max weight limit of 150lbs. Free public swims through the spring, fall, and winter. However, last summer there was no free swims.
