Book their service one week ahead. Was given a time slot between 5:30p and 7:30p. I called them three times at 5:30, 7 and 7:40 and was told that the cleaner will call me right away. He never called neither did show up to clean the carpet. My new bed and mattress are getting delivered tomorrow morning and unfortunately will have to sit on dirty carpet. Worst service ever.....
Everything went as expected, couldn’t ask for more. Very clean and organised. Thank you Dundas Carpet and Rug Cleaning for the kind service.
