I've been with Dr. Sanmoli for many years, and I am largely satisfied with them. However, the very bad experience I’m having is with their receptionist. I’ve called several times, and the things they say are not professional at all. For example, one of the receptionists, whose name they did not give me, just insisted her last name is Malekian, when I speak with them and ask questions, instead of saying yes or no, they just say "uh-huh." This is not a professionaly run doctor's office. They never answer their phone and I have to go into their office to book an appointment. I haven't seen a doctor since COVID because they always booked me with a locum via phone. They have not requested any kind of lab work for years and I am a diabetic patient. The last appointment was via phone but the doctor did not call . I left them a message but they do return calls. I am very disappointed with their service as it seems to be not patient centre
