Terrible experience and even worse service. They are completely unresponsive and never answer the phone, no matter how many times you call. I often have to call 15–20 times a day just to get a single answer, and even then it feels like they are doing you a favor instead of providing care. It’s clear they do not care at all about their patients’ needs or concerns. I had the worst experience at this place. I booked an appointment online for 12 The time I booked was 12:30 and I thought I was booking for the next day because it was already past 12 when I booked. Then I went the next day at my appointment time and drove all the way from Squamish. The front desk, in a very careless way, said my appointment was yesterday.
