I had a very disappointing experience at Dundrave Clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming for no reason. Instead of being helpful or professional, they had an attitude that made the whole visit uncomfortable. A front desk should be the face of a clinic, setting a positive tone for patients and visitors, but that was definitely not the case here. I have been going to Dundarave Dental for upwards of 10 years and can't speak highly enough of it. I even braved Lions Gate Bridge traffic to keep visiting after I moved! Dr. Dhillon is highly skilled in her craft, but also manages to create a calm and inviting atmosphere in the office. The hygienists and office staff are also excellent at what they do. It's a rare thing to be able to say you look forward to going to the dentist!
I just finished my first treatment with Dr. Tina Dhillon and I don't have enough words to express how amazing she is!! As some one with severe dental phobia, I saw 4 dentists and walked out prior to starting any form of treatment. Then I found Dr. Dhillon who was so patient with me and the whole experience with her made me feel so calm and relaxed and her technique was painless even with a complex filling. Dr. Tina Dhillon and her staff were amazing. From the minute I contacted the clinic to my actual procedure their service was superior. It's not easy to have an extraction but this experience was the best I have ever had, Painless and the way Dr. Dhillon was genuinely concerned about my comfort was beyond expectations.
