Tried to book an initial appointment today, and I got a taste of this clinic’s “amazing” service right away. The receptionist immediately demanded to know who referred me. When I said I didn’t recall the exact name, she started arguing with me and got increasingly rude and aggressive. I honestly don’t understand why a simple first-time booking requires interrogation about a referral name. Is it tied to her performance metrics or commissions? I have been going to Dundarave Dental for upwards of 10 years and can't speak highly enough of it. I even braved Lions Gate Bridge traffic to keep visiting after I moved! Dr. Dhillon is highly skilled in her craft, but also manages to create a calm and inviting atmosphere in the office. The hygienists and office staff are also excellent at what they do. It's a rare thing to be able to say you look forward to going to the dentist!
