It was frustrating to call around and needed to have appointment first before getting a tire replacement especially if you had plans to drive out of state. I found this shop on google and called them immediately. They didn’t answer the phone until the third time I called. I spoke to this guy and he said I am welcome to come in anytime. Upon arrival the guy who had sling in his arm approached me and helped me with my problem, they didn’t have my tire size on-hand, so they had to drive and pick up a tire somewhere else. Very poor service and an unprofessional team. On multiple occasions, they either damaged items or claimed that something was missing in order to charge additional fees. I personally know at least five people who have stopped using this place because of similar experiences. They used to provide good service, but unfortunately, the quality and professionalism have significantly declined. With over charge service
