Having only resided here for 6 months and it's quite disturbing that my lease said "no cats" told I couldn't have a gas cooking grill, and couldn't garden and plant like everyone else can....some entertain kittens under their porches with their stored items etc then the cats use clean lawns as their"litter box"....for almost $900; a month and you have a view lof things you are discouraged from doing....the"" 8 mph "sign can they illuminate it?they can't always blame visitors
This community had issues even before the current company purchased the park, but unfortunately things have not improved. Since the new ownership took over, lot rent has increased by another $83 per month. Residents are no longer allowed to pay by personal check, yet money orders are accepted, which can be inconvenient for many people. As a new resident, it has its pros and cons like any neighborhood..however, .don't care for "busy bodies" especially adults I'm happy they're new owners vs private investors
People do not respect parking spots, drive too fast, but very quite and mostly people keep to themselves, few children
