Very poor service, unprofessional staff, very long wait for no reason

I called last week for my pregnancy update she give An appointment after that my regular benefit don’t show up when my appointment come I went in the morning she said the system is down I can do nothing for you , I will call you when is fixed and apply you’re benefit , and get an nother appointment for your pregnancy. So system down before 5 days ago and you didn’t call what does it mean ? Why my benefit just stop right when I called for the update ? and only when I went after 5 days then you applied the benefit . My daughter appointment was 1pm. But after 2:10 pm they still not ready. Staff sitting there chatting each other’s .Just putting us on wait with no reason . I don’t understand the purpose of appointment. Need professionalism’s in there work. Very much disappointed.
I used to go here when I was a teenager til my earlier adulthood. These ladies were amazing and so helpful. Thank you, for always caring about me such humanity. I couldn't ask for much more and for being a non profit.
