Rude & not very bright. Lost a sale.
Financed here with Duncs for the 2013 Cadillac SRX for Valentine’s Day 2025. Was happy with my purchase and the service up until within 3 weeks of purchase I had spent $1000 in repairs. In the span of a few months from March- July the car had sat at their mechanics more than my own driveway. I was told it would be unrepairable. My experience with duncs was top shelf quality. They went above and beyond my expectations for a used car lot. After issues with the banks for my loan they decided to make it happen by skipping the bank and in housing the loan directly to me. Then when it came to insuring the vehicle I was hit with quotes for unrealistic amounts, so the manager Sherry stepped in and found me a quote for my price range.
