I had a great experience with Duncraig Veterinary Hospital. This was my Honey's first time having general anaesthetic and the first time I'd ever had to leave her somewhere other than a grooming appointment, so we were both a little nervous. The team were so friendly, took the time to introduce themselves, and really put both Honey's and my nerves at ease. Had to rush in due to a stick stuck in our dog's mouth. Staff were very understanding and compassionate across the board. For a first impression it was a great one. Highly recommend.

My brave FIV cat had to be euthanised last Tuesday. From the phone call with Claudia and the consultation with Dr Leigh the empathy shown to me regarding my brave little man was greatly appreciated.
