I would never refer to anybody at any time to your organization I supposed to be finished in November and did not finish until April. I went twice maybe three times over to the apartment and they did not have my dentures. I'm 70 years old and I don't mind that they didn't have the product went upset me is that outgrow all the way over there and they did not give me a call to let me know that my product was not there. So all my friends that need dentures I definitely would not refer to you guys.
I have loved my hygienist at Duncanville Dental Care, but it’s not worth the extreme frustration I have had over and over with the front office and billing staff. I have multiple times been told a service will cost a certain amount, only to have it change to something higher when I arrive for the appointment. I have also repeatedly encountered incorrect information in my account or other mistakes. I love the Duncanville Dental Care staff. They have a good customer service. I will definitely keep this dental clinic. Can't wait to bring in my kids for there treatment. ❤️
