It was a bad experience because, I made time in my busy schedule to come over to get my teeth cleaned. I booked my appointment at 8am. I arrived at 8:01am. The receptionist was not friendly. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. At least 4 staff members arrived around 8:15 am when clients have arrived on time for their appointments. So, they were already late. Wonderful staff great dog doctors. It took me a while to find my dentist home. I went through a few. I will tell you that our little pricey, but to me, it’s worth it based off the service I get and the knowledge of the doctors and staff.
