I called this fellow and asked him what his charges (estimate) would be to install a couple breakers in my home (making two slots a tandem and adding a 20/240 breaker for my charging. Then he started asking questions about the job and I told him he could come out and look at it and he said "I don't do that." Then he said he had a guy that could do that, blah, blah, blah.
