We hired Duncan to replace ALL the windows in our home. This was thousands of dollars. The quote I was given and signed for by both myself and Duncan was not held. They charged me an additional $600 to repair the front of my house where I had an overhang. I asked several times about the cost and stated this is the full amount and was told yes, they would not charge any more than what was on the agreement we BOTH signed.
