Great work and great prices! He was very patient with our work schedule and storms to get aligned to get the work done. We didnt want heavy machinery in the yard after the heavy rains we had. Once we finally got a clear/dry day, they were here ready to work. Not to mention, fun to watch. We requested an extra tree and a few dead limbs and they still got all work done in a timely manor. Even lined up a stump grinder for us. Will hire again if we need more tree work done in the future.
Actual tree service was fine but crew damaged other landscape during work, including demolishing a privacy fence that I let them get away with since I am replacing the fence soon anyway - but depite their commitment to make it right, they now will not return phone calls or text messages (yet came by to take the equipment they left behind and was nice enough to let them know they left it behind and set it out for them). Based on not upholding their commitment, I give them 1 star.
I really appreciate the work of Duncan's tree service LLC. Owner came out to give me an estimate. He showed up the day of the work with his guys went over and above what I expected. Will definitely use them again.
Duncan’s Tree Service is, well, awesome. Daniel Duncan owns and runs a tree service company in Towne Lake/Woodstock. Daniel is a fair minded and ethical businessman. I had a tree fall on my house and the first quote I got from the insurance referral was $6000 and I found Daniel and he came and did the job for $1200 and did the job the same day!! He had all the right equipment to get the job done fast. If you need tree service in the Towne Lake Woodstock area, you need to call Daniel. Kevin
